About the Jeppe College Learnership Portal

The Jeppe College Learnership Portal is the official online registration platform for Jeppe College of Commerce & Computer Studies, a South African institution that has provided career-focused education for over three decades. This portal was built to give young South Africans a simple, transparent, and accessible way to apply for accredited IT learnership programmes without the need to visit a campus in person.

The portal is designed for school leavers, unemployed youth, and career-changers between the ages of 18 and 35 who hold a valid South African ID and a minimum of a Grade 12 certificate. Through a guided, mobile-friendly, five-step application, prospective learners can submit their personal details, choose one of three accredited learnerships — IT Systems Development (NQF Level 4), End User Computing, or Technical Support (NQF Level 4) — upload supporting documents, and receive a unique application reference for tracking.

A learnership is a work-based learning programme that combines theory with practical workplace experience, leading to a nationally recognised qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework. By completing a learnership at Jeppe College, learners gain both the technical skills and the on-the-job exposure that employers in the information and communication technology sector expect, significantly improving their chances of securing employment or further study.

The portal is maintained by the academic and administrative staff of Jeppe College of Commerce & Computer Studies. Applications are reviewed by trained admissions staff who verify documents, confirm eligibility, and communicate the outcome to each applicant. Our goal is to make the path from application to enrolment as clear and stress-free as possible for every prospective learner.
